We teach you to keep things simple. We do.

1. You agree that information you enter on IPAS will be shared in an open way with your peer co-coaching group. This does not include your email address and password.
2. Your information will not be shared outside of the co-coaching group nor will you have access to data from those outside of that group. This information should be treated in a confidential manner.
3. Your final report will faithfully reflect your progress, impact and learning.
4. You agree by using IPAS that you will enter into the programme with integrity.
5. You will not share the techniques or other intellectual property of this approach with any outside party.
6. You will not use any profane language or any speach that could be considered inciteful, hateful or otherwise offensive, nor breach any commercial confidentiality of your or a member of your peer co-coaching group's company
7. You take full responsibility for what you input and how you use the system.
8. Complex Adaptive Leadership undertake to supply this application but cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from its unvailability for whatever cause.
9. Complex Adaptive Leadership will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of your personal information.
